Reprise de la course à pied, avec plusieurs types de séance qui te permettrons de te familiarisé avec des efforts de seuil, en Zone 2, mais aussi un peu de côtes.
Tu peux suivre le programme est réaliser les séances chaque jours, ou pour ceux qui courait déjà il y a moins de 3 mois. Et qui on fait une pause vous pouvez enchainer 2 séances par jours avec au moins 4h de repos entre les deux séances si vous navez aucun problème articulaire.
