Example : If your lap have a distance of 400m then we'll get your times automatically from Strava.

2 sets, the first, 2 times (2 '2' 3 '2' 2 ') of effort, with 1 min of recovery between each (r1'). 3 min between the two blocks (R3'). The second set: 5 repetitions of 35 seconds of effort, with 25 seconds of recovery.

You can use "1 / 2tc" for recoveries, which means the recuperation time is half of the rep time.
Example: 4x2' r1/2tc, which means recovery will be 1'
