    8 semaines de préparation avec des séances structurées qui vous permettrons de monter plus vite et plus longtemps.

    Séance d'entraînement courtes (Moins d'1H en semaine) avec un rendement optimisé sur votre capacité à monter et soutenir votre seuil pendant les montées en trail.

    5 séances par semaine. Séances de fractionnés au temps : facile à mettre en place où que vous soyez, pas besoin de rechercher une piste d’athlétisme.
