    Plan d'entrainement pour le Trail Running longue distance (45 à 80km) sur 16 semaines.

    Voici un plan à 5 séances par semaine pour traileuse et traileur avec déjà une expérience en trail running en amont, et connaissant sa Vitesse Maximale Aérobie (VMA) ainsi que ses repères de Fréquence Cardiaque (FC) pour le calcul de la FC réserve.

    La préparation d'un trail long ne nécessite pas plus d'entraînements que la préparation d'un trail court. C'est la dynamique des charges qui varie et qui va vous faire progresser.
