Ce plan d'entraînement sur 16 semaines est destiné à préparer un trail court. Il comporte des séances à pied, du renforcement musculaire et de l'entrainement croisé en vélo. Les séances sont calibrées en fonction de votre VMA ou fréquence cardiaque de réserve.
La majorité des séances sont des séances structurées.
Deux compétitions préparatoires sont prévues et devront être calibrées en fonction de l'objectif.
