    Ce plan s'adresse à des athlètes souhaitant réalisé un trail long. Il comporte des séances à pied, du renforcement musculaire, et des séances en vélo. La majorité des séances sont des séances structurées.

    L'athlète sera intégré dans l'équipe de l'entraineur, lui permettant d'interagir via messages sur les séances.
