    Plan d'entraînement efficace permettant d'être à son meilleur niveau en vélo sur une course/cyclosportive de 80 à 160km.

    12 semaines de préparation avec des séances structurées qui vous permettrons de rouler vite et longtemps.

    Séances d'entraînement courtes (1h à 1h30 en semaines) avec un rendement optimisé sur vos performances. 5 séances par semaine. Séances de fractionnés au temps : facile à mettre en place où que vous soyez.

    Dominante de travail sur le plan : développement de la Force, de la VMA/Vo²max et de votre seuil anaérobie.
