    Niveau 

    • Débutant : si tu souhaites réduire le volume --> Diminue de 20% les séances du mercredi et du dimanche 

               Exemple : 

                7 X 1000 --> 5 x 1000        

                10km tempo --> 8km tempo


    • Intermédiaire / Confirmé :  Si tu souhaites augmenter le volume --> Augmente de 20% les séances d'endurance  (EF-->Endurance fondamentale) ou ajoute une séance en endurance en plus dans la semaine.

               Exemple : 

                8km EF  --> 10 Km EF        


    Trame du programme : 

    • 1 sem : Test maximal sur 5' et 12' pour déterminer tes allures.
    • 3 sem : Développement de la haute intensité avec du travail de VO2max.
    • 3 sem : Développement du seuil 2.
    • 4 sem : Développement des allures spécifiques pour le marathon.
    • 2 sem : Affutage avant la course.

    • Basé sur la vitesse critique (calculé sur base du test 5' et 20')
