Programme de 8 semaines, avec 3 séances de course + 1 séance de vélo par semaine.La course inclut endurance, allure spécifique 5’30–5’40/km et sorties longues progressives jusqu’à 18–20 km.Le vélo en endurance permet d’augmenter le volume sans surcharger les articulations.Un peu de renforcement musculaire (gainage, jambes) complète la préparation.
👉 Objectif : franchir la barre des 2h en profitant d’un entraînement varié et moins traumatisant
