Programme sur 8 à 10 semaines, conçu pour ceux qui commencent la course à pied.Il alterne séances de course lente, marche active et footing progressif, avec une montée en charge douce.Une à deux séances de renforcement léger (gainage, squats, fentes) viennent compléter la préparation.
👉 Objectif : passer de la marche/course à la capacité de courir 5 km en continu, avec plaisir et sans blessure.
