    Half Ironman – Objectif Sub 5h en 5 mois (avec salle de sport, sans HT)

    • Durée : 20 semaines

    • Volume : 12–14h / semaine

    • Organisation type :

      • 2 natation (endurance + spécifique Half)

      • 3 vélo route (1 intensité, 1 longue 3h30–4h30, 1 endurance)

      • 2 course (spécifique Half + longue 1h45–2h)

      • 1 séance salle (force jambes, tronc/gainage, haut du corps utile pour la natation)

    Clé : gros volume route pour l’endurance, séance salle pour la puissance et la stabilité, course calibrée après vélo, et enchaînements réguliers.
