Natation : 2 à 3 séances (technique, endurance, allure spécifique Half → 1,9 km < 35’)
Vélo / HT : 3 séances
1 spécifique (seuil / intensité, 75–90’)
1 sortie longue (3h30–4h30, allure course)
1 endurance douce / récup active (1h30–2h)
Course à pied : 3 séances
1 fractionné / seuil (ex : 6–8 × 1 km allure 10k–HM)
1 spécifique Half (allure cible 4’10–4’20/km selon niveau)
1 sortie longue (1h45–2h, parfois enchaînée après vélo)
Renforcement sans matériel : 2 × 20–25’ (gainage, squats, fentes, pompes, planches dynamiques)
Clés de réussite :
Vélo solide : tenir ~36–38 km/h de moyenne = base du Sub 5h.
CAP calibrée : apprendre à courir en 1h30–1h35 malgré la fatigue vélo.
Natation efficace : sortir en <35’ sans puiser.
Renfo poids du corps = stabilité, posture, prévention blessures sans salle.
Enchaînements réguliers vélo → course toutes les 2 semaines minimum.
