1 sortie longue (1h30–1h45, souvent enchaînée après vélo)

Force jambes (squats, presse, fentes, ischios)
Tronc / gainage (planches, lombaires, abdos)

Clés de réussite :
Vélo = discipline clé pour un Sub 5h30, soigner le travail qualitatif + volume
Course = viser la régularité à allure Half après le vélo (enchaînements fréquents).
Natation = technique + régularité, objectif sortir en <38–40’.
Salle = développement de la force utile (puissance vélo, stabilité en CAP, posture en natation).
