    Plan Half Ironman – Objectif Sub 6h (7 mois)

    • Durée : 28 semaines

    • Volume : 8 à 11h d’entraînement par semaine

    • Structure type :

      • Natation : 2 séances (technique + allure spécifique 1,9 km)

      • Vélo : 3 séances

        • 1 spécifique HT (puissance / seuil)

        • 1 sortie longue (3–4h progressif)

        • 1 séance d’endurance douce ou récup

      • Course à pied : 3 séances

        • 1 fractionné / seuil

        • 1 spécifique Half (allure visée autour de 4’50–5’10/km selon niveau)

        • 1 sortie longue (1h30–1h45)

      • Renforcement : 1 séance/semaine (gainage, tronc, stabilité)

    • Clés de réussite :

      • Construire la base d’endurance sur le vélo (clé d’un Sub 6h)

      • Courir souvent à allure spécifique Half après le vélo (enchaînements)

      • Tester nutrition et hydratation dès les sorties longues

      • Rester régulier : pas besoin de charge extrême, mais zéro trou de 2 semaines.
