Plan Marathon – 5 mois avec vélo et salle de fitnessProgramme intensif de 20 semaines, 6 jours sur 7, combinant course à pied, vélo et musculation.
Course à pied : 3 séances variées (endurance, travail d’allure, sortie longue).
Vélo : 2 à 3 séances par semaine pour renforcer l’endurance cardiovasculaire tout en réduisant l’impact articulaire.
Salle de fitness : 2 séances ciblées sur la force des jambes, le gainage et le haut du corps pour plus de puissance et de stabilité.
Objectif : optimiser la condition physique globale, améliorer la récupération et maximiser les performances le jour du marathon.
Public : coureurs motivés cherchant un plan complet, varié et exigeant.
