    Plan Marathon – Objectif : 3h30 à 3h45 

    Ce programme s’adresse aux coureurs intermédiaires ayant déjà une expérience sur semi-marathon ou longue distance et visant à boucler un marathon entre 3h30 et 3h45.
    Sur une durée de 20 semaines, il propose 4 à 5 séances par semaine, axées sur le développement de l’endurance, la consolidation de l’allure spécifique et la préparation musculaire à encaisser 42 km.

    Les séances clés incluent :

    • Sorties longues progressives (jusqu’à 32-34 km) pour habituer le corps à la durée et au rythme.

    • Séances d’allure marathon pour ancrer la vitesse cible et améliorer l’économie de course.

    • Travail de vitesse (fractionné court et moyen) pour développer la VMA et la résistance à la fatigue.

    • Renforcement musculaire ciblé pour stabiliser la foulée et prévenir les blessures.

    Objectif final : arriver le jour J avec une endurance solide, une allure maîtrisée et la capacité à tenir un rythme régulier jusqu’à la ligne d’arrivée.
