Plan Marathon – 5 mois avec velo salle de fitness Programme structuré sur 20 semaines combinant course à pied et séances en salle pour développer à la fois l’endurance et la force musculaire.
Course à pied : 3 à 4 sorties par semaine (footings, séances de vitesse, sorties longues progressives).
Salle de fitness : 1 séances hebdomadaires ciblant le renforcement des jambes, du gainage et du haut du corps pour améliorer la posture et la résistance à la fatigue.
Objectif : Arriver le jour J avec une endurance solide, une musculature équilibrée et un corps préparé à encaisser 42 km sans blessure.
Adapté : aux coureurs de tout niveau cherchant à intégrer un travail physique complet dans leur préparation.
