Je pratique l'athlétisme, le running et le trail depuis de nombreuses années. J'entraine depuis plus de 10 ans et en 2019 j'ai décidé de me professionnaliser en passant un DEJEPS Athlétisme et discipline associées au CREPS de Poitiers. A la suite du diplôme j'ai créé une structure d'entrainement proposant de l'entrainement à distance grâce à Nolio.

Je t'accompagnerai avec plaisir vers tes objectifs, qu'ils soient sur des distances courtes ou longues et en course sur route, ou trail.

Quand nous commencerons ensemble pour du suivi personnalisé, il y'aura tout d'abord un échange téléphonique (vocal ou WhatsApp) pour bien comprendre les attentes, et évaluer votre niveau. Et ensuite un échange permanent par whatshapp ou par la messagerie Nolio. Une vrai relation athlète/coach.

Mais si tu ne souhaites pas de suivi personnalisé alors n'hésite pas à profiter de mes plans d'entrainements en fonction de tes objectifs pour une période bien défini. Cela te permettra de voir si ma méthode d'entrainement te convient, et tu pourras toujours basculer vers du suivi inidividualisé si tu le souhaites par la suite.

Mais avec ma vision de l'entrainement, et mon expérience, je te conseil le suivi personnalisé car nous sommes tous différents, nous avons tous des vies différentes, et la planification doit tenir compte de cela.
