    Ce programme est conçu pour développer la puissance musculaire et la force spécifique au cyclisme, afin de mieux affronter les montées, les sprints et les efforts prolongés. En renforçant vos jambes et votre capacité à produire de la puissance, vous améliorerez votre efficacité de pédalage et votre résistance à la fatigue.

    Le plan alterne des séances de force sur le vélo et en salle, avec une progression intelligente et un cycle de 3 semaines de travail suivi d’1 semaine de récupération, pour optimiser vos gains tout en limitant le risque de surcharge.

    Que vous soyez cycliste amateur ambitieux ou compétiteur expérimenté, ce programme vous aidera à :

    • Développer une puissance plus explosive sur chaque coup de pédale

    • Gagner en stabilité et contrôle dans les relances et les montées
