Je suis Victor, kinésithérapeute du sport et coach en course à pied & trail.

Ma mission : t’aider à progresser efficacement, atteindre tes objectifs et ce de manière durable.

Chaque accompagnement débute par un bilan complet et individualisé : ton niveau, ton historique, tes objectifs, tes contraintes du quotidien, tes point forts et tes points faibles.

L’objectif est simple : comprendre comment tu t’entraînes aujourd’hui pour construire une stratégie 100 % adaptée à toi.
