( Intervalle Court ) : Sur tapis de course, piste d'athlétisme, parc, une session à réalise au plus frais de la semaine alternant course rapide / marche ou jogging.
( Endurance Fondamentale (jogging) ) : Dans un parc, sur piste d'athlétisme, mais parfait sur tapis de course pour apprendre à courir à basse intensité a cause de la vitesse imposé du tapis, et pour récupérer de l'intervalle court.
( SORTIE LONG 5km ) : Dépends des condition météo mais de préférence en extérieur, pour un bon bol d'air lors de cette troisième session (deuxième jogging long).
