    Le plan s'adresse même aux débutants qui veulent s'initier au trail et qui courent une à deux fois par semaine,

    Plan d'entrainement pour les personnes qui ont comme objectif un trail de 20 kilomètres.

    Un suivi sera assuré par le coach et le plan réadapté si besoin.
