For me a good training plan needs to take into account your capacities, your availability and your objectives !
The training plans I will propose will adapt to your professional, family and social life and not the other way around !
The achievement of your goals will be based on 2 pillars:
• Frequency and consistency
• Adaptation to your availability and your current fitness level
The main goal is to make you meet your target without being over trained and avoiding injuries.
The training sessions are simple and will evolve according to your feelings and feedbacks
