    Passionate about outdoor sports for a long time I started to run ultra trails more than 10 years ago.

    Finisher of 100 miler (7 times), more than 20 ultra-trails (above 80 km) since 2013

    My Top 10 results are : 

        8th at 100 miles Sud France / 2017

        2nd at Glandass trail 100 km / 2018

        3rd in duo at Echappée belle 144 km / 2019

        1st BTH mountain goat challenge 12h / 2022

    For me a good training plan needs to take into account your capacities, your availability and your objectives !


    The training plans I will propose will adapt to your professional, family and social life and not the other way around !


    The achievement of your goals will be based on 2 pillars:

        • Frequency and consistency

        • Adaptation to your availability and your current fitness level

    The main goal is to make you meet your target without being over trained and avoiding injuries.

    The training sessions are simple and will evolve according to your feelings and feedbacks


    My background in endurance sport helps me to give you advice about mental management during training and races!
