Instruction

Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, arms extended at the sides, palms facing forward. With elbows tucked to the flanks, curl the dumbbells up toward the shoulders by contracting the biceps. Pause at the top, then lower slowly under control. Do not swing the torso.
