Dumbbell clean & jerk

Instruction

Stand with a dumbbell in one hand. Perform a clean to bring the dumbbell into the rack position on your shoulder. From there, drive a jerk to punch the dumbbell overhead with the arm locked out. Stabilize, then lower it. Complete all reps on one side before switching.
