Instruction

In a push-up position, hold a dumbbell in each hand placed on the floor, shoulder-width apart. Brace the core hard and alternately row one dumbbell to the hip while keeping the hips stable and avoiding rotation. Return it to the floor, then row the other side. Alternate each rep.
