Handstand push-up (HSPU)

Instruction

In a handstand against the wall, hands placed on either side of an abmat positioned for your head. Body braced, gaze between your hands. Lower your head to the abmat by bending the elbows, then press hard to return to full arm extension. Keep the body vertical and the abs engaged.
