Instruction

Sit on the floor with the upper back resting on a bench, a kettlebell on the hips, feet flat and shoulder-width apart. Drive through the heels to lift the hips and form a straight line from shoulders to knees, squeezing the glutes hard. Hold for two seconds at the top, then lower under control.
