Push up - HRPU (Hand release push-up)

Instruction

In a push-up position, body aligned. Lower until your chest touches the floor and lift the hands off the ground (hand release). From the bottom, place the hands back down and press hard to lock out the arms and drive hard to push back up to arms extended. The release phase removes any momentum.
