Sandbag Zercher lunges

Instruction

Stand with the sandbag held in the Zercher position (wedged in the crooks of the elbows). Step forward and drop into a lunge until the back knee grazes the floor, keeping the torso upright thanks to the load in front. Drive through the front foot to return to the start and alternate legs.
