Sandbag Zercher reverse lunges

Instruction

Stand with the sandbag held in the Zercher position (wedged in the crooks of the elbows). Step backward and drop into a lunge until the back knee grazes the floor. The sandbag keeps the torso stable and upright. Drive through the front leg to return to the start and alternate legs.
