Sandbag Zercher walking lunges

Instruction

Stand with a sandbag wedged in the crooks of your elbows in the Zercher position. Take a long step forward and lower into a lunge until the back knee taps the floor, front knee at 90°, keeping your torso upright thanks to the front-loaded weight. Step the other leg straight forward into the next rep. Continue for the prescribed distance.
