Turkish get-up

Instruction

Lie on your back with a kettlebell in the right hand, arm locked out toward the ceiling. Knee on the same side bent, foot on the floor. Keeping the kettlebell always pointed at the ceiling, rise progressively: Roll up onto the elbow, then onto the hand, lift the hips, sweep the back leg through to a half-kneeling lunge, then stand up. Reverse the sequence to lower under control.
