Seated knee tuck

Instruction

Sit on the floor with hands just behind the hips, fingers forward. Lean the torso back slightly, legs straight, heels a few centimetres off the ground. Keeping the back flat, draw the knees toward the chest by contracting the abs, then extend the legs again without letting the heels touch. Stay braced throughout, using the hands for balance.
