Instruction

Lie on your back, arms at your sides. Bend one leg with foot flat on the floor and extend the other just off the ground. Drive through the grounded heel to lift the hips until shoulders, hips and knee align, simultaneously pointing the straight leg upward. Hold two seconds, then lower in control, avoiding lumbar arch.
