Hold dumbbells at arm’s length, feet hip‑width apart, knees slightly bent. Hinge at the hips with a flat back and engaged core, lowering the weights along the thighs until you feel a stretch in the hamstrings. Drive the hips forward, squeezing the glutes to return upright.
